BIOGRAPHY

Stéphane Brallet was four years old the first time he tried to make a cake! At the age of six, he announces to his mother that he will be a cook in the army. At fifteen, he leaves school to work in a restaurant. This enthusiast thinks that each chef has his own creativity to make a dish and that it is the only profession in the world where one has to use one’s five senses. After many experiences in prestigious hotel, he joined Four Seasons in 2012.
