BIOGRAPY

Sébastien Le Gall has worked with prestigious establishments all over the world with a great experience in the same group where he directed the kitchen of St Regis of Bora Bora. He worked closely with chef Jean-Gorges Vongerichten for the resort’s signature restaurant “lagoon by Jean-Gorges”. In his kitchen, the Breton chef usually supervises 110 people. Before joining St Regis Bora Bora, he was employed by Eden Rock in St Barthélémy and was Olivier Roellinger ‘s head in Cancale, well known in France as one of the best Michelin three stars.

MY FAVORITE HONEY

I fell in love with jujube honey. His animal side I like and make a condiment full. We find all the bestiality of the savannah in this jar of honey! My girlfriend who does not like honey, loved it!
