BIOGRAPHY

Thierry Papillier has been developing a real passion for cooking since his youngest age. He turns quickly to hotel schools. Creative, he pays particular attention to the smallest detail and the absolute quality of the products he uses. In France, for six years, he attended the kitchens of various Michelin-starred restaurants with an additional training at the Alain Ducasse center. Follows a rewarding passage in Cairo in prestigious establishments like the hotel Nile Hilton and the First Arabian hotel and resort company. In 2010, he joined the Four Seasons group, starting work in Cairo and at the Four Seasons resort in Mauritius.
