BIOGRAPHY

Jacques le Du was born in Anjou, the French region of Maine et Loire, famous for its gastronomy and good wines. His roots have passed on to him an endless love of nature and a passion for a job well done. His passion for cooking dates back to the age of 6, when he already liked to prepare small dishes.

MY FAVORITE HONEY

The honeys of Laribees are very flavoured and they accommodate very well with the culinary exoticism of Mauritius. I have a preference for Baobab honey, a honey with pronounced taste for making sweet and savoury dishes.
