BIOGRAPHY

Fabio de Poli has been trained in prestigious institutions which are recognized worldwide. With more than twenty-five years of experience, the Italian Chef spent ten years behind the stove of one of the largest hotel group in Mauritius, Beachcomber. Three years ago, Fabio left the company to open his own restaurant. Today, the Table du Château; in an enchanting and refined environment; is now one of the most famous gourmet addresses on the island.
