BIOGRAPHY

Igor Bocchia started cooking in Italy where he made his first culinary experiences. Then, he emigrates to other countries to enrich his knowledge of gastronomy. He works at Nui Resort and Spa in Bora Bora in French Polynesia, then at Mandarin Oriental in Macau, China and at Long Beach and Oberoi in Mauritius. After 20 years behind the stove, he gained a solid experience in the luxury hotels in which he has worked all over the world and was trained by Michelin-starred Chefs.
